Résumé : The authors report 2 cases of bullous dermatoses in the child. Nowadays Duhring-Brocq dermatitis is divided into three closely related affections: bullous pemphigoid, dermatitis herpetiformis, and the benign chronic bullous dermatosis of the child. The clinical, histological, ultrastructural, and immunofluorescence features and also the prognosis of the therapeutic response of these three affections are recapitulated.
