        | Résumé : | The authors analyse 34 observations of patients who were operated on for digestive lesions after radiotherapy in the period 1970-1976. Internal or external derivations accounted for 67% of the operations. These entailed an operatory mortality and morbidity far inferior to that of intestinal resections, which must be avoided as often as possible. |
