| Résumé : | The usual conditions of urine collection in children frequently give urine culture results a hazardous interpretation even when using semi quantitative microbiological methods. In this context, bladder puncture is indicated. The advantages and indications of this method are discussed in the light of 63 cases of bladder puncture. |
