Résumé : | The authors test comparatively 444 patients, their contribution to the diagnosis of the tumoral and inflammatory affections of the duodenum and pancreas and the methods of radiologic, endoscopic and anatomical examination. Consequent to this anatomic radiological examination, which should be as the authors maintain as frequently applied as possible, they conclude that endoscopy is quite superior to radiology for the diagnosis of the ulcerous, erosive and diffuse lesions of the duodenal mucous membrane. Concerning the regular tumoral formations, or the ulcerous tumoral formations, as well as the tumoral formations of the papillary areas, endoscopy and radiography (duodenography) have a comparable efficiency. Finally they notice that in malignant stenosis and infiltrations, as well as in Crohn's disease, the radiologic tests prove to be superior to the endoscopic investigations. (Gherman - Bucharest) |
