Résumé : Six different antibiotics were evaluated in 419 gonorrhea patients, namely cefalexin, doxycyclin, kanamycin, spectinomycin, spiramycin and the trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole combination. Best results were obtained with doxycyclin and trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole combination. Administration of 2 tablets of doxycyclin for 5 days was the best tolerated therapy.
