Résumé : A case of granular cell myoblastoma of the breast in a 30 year old patient is presented. The clinical, thermographical, radiological and ultrasonic signs of the lesion were interpreted as those of cancer; the histologic examination of the excisional biopsy fortunately makes it possible to correct the diagnosis. Some characteristics of this benign tumor, which is often mistaken for a cancer, are examined, especially its hardness, the frequent adherence to the pectoral muscle or the skin and its sometimes infiltrating appearance. The histological results are essential before undertaking mutilating surgery or radiotherapy of the breast.
