Résumé : Gestational age of 200 newborns was estimated by three different methods: amenorrhea, early echobiometry during gestation and neuromorphologic score of Dubowitz. Neuromorphological age was always lower than the remaining two others. Menstrual age gave a too high incidence of 'postmature' babies. Early echobiometry seemed to be the best method: it didn't increase the number of 'premature', 'postmature' and 'large-for-date' babies.
