Résumé : The Imaginary Genogram is a test that reveals the manner in which we build an "affiliation family" in daily life. It is particularly appropriate, in clinical practice directed towards traumatic events, to explore and transform familial history. We describe a case which, even though it is taken from research, illustrates the therapeutic power of the imaginary genogram.
