Résumé : | Tacrolimus, a new immunosuppressive drug, possess similar pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties in many drug interactions, it is logical to chink that tacrolimus is also involved in different drug interactions. The aim of the present paper is to review the tacrolimus drug interactions described in the literature. These interactions are mainly pharmacokinetic drug interactions. So, as tacrolimus is metabolised by the cytochrome P450, catabolism of tacrolimus is inhibited by substrates of this enzyme. |
