Résumé : | A rare case of abscess of the corpus cavernosum is described. The patient was treated successfully by surgical drainage and antibiotic therapy. A right penile deviation and a relatively poor erection were reported by the patient 6 weeks postoperatively but he did not require further surgery. The possible causes, diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease are discussed. |
