Résumé :

From a critical examination of the class of strategies preventing individual starvation with global control, introduced by E. W. Dijkstra, another class of strategies is introduced, which is simpler to implement and whose behaviour has a straightforward interpretation. Both classes are in fact distinct sub-classes of a more general family of strategies. © 1982 The British Computer Society.
