Résumé :

Two sisters with severe hemophilia A are reported. The father exhibits classic hemophilia A. Von Willebrand disease as well as chromosomal abnormalities have been excluded. The mode of inheritance of hemophilia A in this particular family is discussed. Other reports on female hemophilia patients are briefly reviewed.
