Résumé : | An extensive and segmental spasm of the ophthalmic artery was demonstrated angiographically a few hours after a car accident in a case with posttraumatic amaurosis. The possibility of a correlation between ophthalmic artery spasm and posttraumatic amaurosis is discussed. |
