| Résumé : | Shell models with conservation properties corresponding to two- and three-dimensional turbulence are presented together with other test models. Symmetry breaking in the information transfer between large and small scales is shown to be responsible for the convexity or the concavity of the scaling exponents of the structure function associated with intermittency corrections. The same effect is discussed in other models of intermittency. |
