Résumé : A rare case of giant renal leiomyoma presenting as a suprarenal mass is reported. This type of tumor seldom gives rise to other clinical symptoms. The angiographic appearnace has no characteristic features. The treatment of choice is nephrectomy since it is impossible to make a correct preoperative diagnosis.
