Résumé : Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is an uncommon malignant mesenchymal tumor which is characterized by local aggressivity and recurrence. About 50 cases have been reported in the pediatric population. In the case presented, the lesion as a mass 5 mm in diameter, with normal overlying skin and no pain. The diagnosis was made by histology obtained on an incisional biopsy. Treatment was by wide local excision.
