Résumé : | Aspergillosis manifests itself, except of course in the classic lung diseases, by an infection of the paranasal sinuses. Although these illnesses may be serious, a facialis paralysis caused by an aspergillus infection of the middle ear has never been reported. The authors report a case of sinus aspergillosis associated with a homolateral facialis paralysis and they try to establish a link between these pathologies. |
