Résumé : After introducing the link between care and juridical treatment constraint, the author presents the working environment and the therapeutic device set up by Psycho-Belliard-Plaine, Service de santé mentale, université libre de Bruxelles, to take in treatment sexual offenders, subject to such constraint. Two clinical cases illustrate the specificities of those therapies.
