| Résumé : | In cancer cells, many properties of the cell membrane are altered (Nicolson, 1976). These changes are usually observed in cultured cells after transformation into cancerous cells by oncogenic viruses. To correlate some of these changes to their effect on tumour growth, we introduce a "hydrodynamic cell model" based on the stability study of the cell membrane (Gallez et al., 1983; D.
