Résumé :

The authors use the eikonal DWBA approximation to obtain the ratio of the differential cross sections for exciting the magnetic sublevels of the helium 21P state by fast electrons together with the relative phase of the corresponding scattering amplitudes. The results are compared with the experimental data of Eminyan et al (1974).
