Résumé : | A method for the staining of the isoenzymes of human pregnancy serum "oxytocinase" is described. After acrylamide gel electrophoresis, the isoenzymes bands can be stained directly if l-cystinyl-di-β-naphthylamide is used as substrate. This new staining method is much more specific than the generally employed procedure using l-leucyl-β-naphthylamide. © 1972. |
