Résumé :

During the cooling process of copper samples heated at 900°C in presence of 10-6 torr oxygen for a couple of hours, (410) and (530) facets appear on the surface. We studied the modifications of surface topography by microscopy in relation with the modification of oxygen surface structures observed by RHEED. © 1975.
