Résumé : | The authors propose a definition of the non-isothermic standard electric tension. The temperature coefficient of this tension is equal to that of the absolute electric tension of the electrode, and is thus connected with the electrode reaction of the metal concerned, independently of the reaction occurring at the other electrode of the tensiometric cell. The adoption of this non-isothermic tension makes it possible to draw up simple tables. The authors discuss the possibilities of determining it experimentally. © 1961. |
