Résumé : | Dividing haemoflagellates lose their kinetoplast DNA in the presence of ethidium bromide. Resting cells are not so affected by the drug. It is suggested that loss of kinetoplast DNA is due to selective inhibition of replication and to dilution. © 1969. |
