| Résumé : | In an autoradiographic study, an accumulation of tracks in the nucleolus of starfish oocytes has been observed after incubation for a few hours in a medium containing radioactive nucleosides (3H-adenosine, 3H-cytidine, 3H-uridine), followed by transfer to an unlabeled medium. This accumulation occurs 20 to 40 hr after the transfer, depending on the stage of oogenesis studied. The possible significance of these results is discussed. © 1963. |
