Résumé : Learning an avoidance task is not influenced, in the mouse, by a previous intracisternal or intraperitoneal injection of 50 units of asparaginase. However, retention measured 19 hr after learning is significantly reduced. These results confirm the importance of protein synthesis for long term memory.
