Résumé : The intimate and social implications of an allegation of sexual abuse, in a situation of parental separation (but also in other situations), is a difficult passage for the child and his word. The child is exposed to strategies that he is unable to control. At the risk of doubt or established beliefs, his description is presented to the various actors of the legal and medico-psychological world, who do not always communicate with each other. In the course of this difficult trial, the child, vector of the allegation, experiences a whole series of feelings. Sometimes contradictory and ambivalent, these feelings encumber, or even contaminate his description. Doubt or fixed convictions then block the process of analysis, understanding and intervention. While discussing the very topical problem of the false allegations of sexual abuse, the author proposes a discussion of the difficulty encountered by people faced with collecting and understanding the child's revelations in relation to this problem. In the legal and medical expect field, collection and analysis of the child's declaration must be the subject of a rigorous and specialized approach. Legal, psycho-medicolegal or clinical intervention must be reviewed and must be the subject of continuing dialogue between the various professionals.
