| Résumé : | The authors report a case of chronic constrictive and calcified pericarditis in a boy aged 8 yr. Antecedents of viral hepatitis and tuberculous primo-infection were noted. The interpretation of the biologic and histologic liver alterations and the aetiology of the pericarditis are discussed. |
