Résumé : We present results obtained from a study of two-particle correlations in K+p interactions at 32 GeV/c. The correlations are shown as a function of rapidity and mass for different charge multiplicities. We make a particular effort to compare our results with a simple Monte Carlo model which embodies the fundamental aspects of cylindrical phase space, the leading-particle effect and the experimental topological distribution and, in the light of this, we try to estimate the qualitative significance of our results. © 1980 Società Italiana di Fisica.
