| Résumé : | Degenerative spondylolisthesis has a different aetiology to that of spondylolisthesis due to bilateral spondylolysis. To our knowledge, a combination of degenerative spondylolisthesis with unilateral spondylolysis has not been described. We report such a case and focus attention on the different mechanisms of spondylolisthesis. The clinical and radiological features of both conditions are clearly illustrated and discussed. © 1988 Springer-Verlag. |
