Résumé : As a simple model of dielectric relaxation we study two-dimensional assemblies of rough disks at various densities ρ{variant} by the method of molecular dynamics. The electric moment autocorrelation function ψ(t) as well as its Fourier transform ψ∼(ω) and the dynamic dielectric function ε{lunate}(ω) are determined. A clear change from inertial behavior towards Debye relaxation is observed as p increases. The angular velocity autocorrelation function is also considered and the results are compared to a simple stochastic model. © 1971.
