Résumé : The paper deals with a real time correction model for application in combination with a conceptual real time rainfall-runoff model for flood prediction. Autoregressive moving average time series models are used for this purpose. For the presented case study, a third-order autoregressive model has been calibrated. The calibration procedure is briefly discussed and the results of quality tests are elaborated. The possibilities and limitations of the correction procedure are illustrated for a test basin. © 1989 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
