Résumé : A case of carpal tunnel syndrome due to an haemangioma of the median nerve in a 12-year-old male is reported. Radiological and histological data support a venous origin of the tumour. Interfascicular dissection and resection were performed, and 6 months later the patient remains symptoms free. © 1991 Société d'Édition de l'Association d'Enseignement Médical des Hôpitaux de Paris.
