| Résumé : | The TNM classification has changed in 2009 on the basis of a new methodological approach. The various modifications and the new system are described with the different descriptors and symbols used. The new lymphatic nodes map is presented with the different stations and zones. The prognostic and operational roles are discussed as well as the potential improvements that might be proposed. |
