Résumé : An account is given, with illustrations, of the use of antiestrogen treatment as an adjunct to reduction mammaplasty. Nafoxidine (a non steroid antiestrogen used by the European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer for the treatment of breast carcinoma) was administered following surgery for a mammary gigantism developing within 6 mth in a 12 yr old girl. The treatment was applied for 3 mth without unfavorable secondary effects. Ten mth after suspension of the drug, there was no recurrence of mammary development.
