Résumé : At the last EU elections in 2009, voter turnout dropped to an all-time low when only 43% of registered voters cast their votes. In a bid to try to engage with citizens, the European Parliament recently launched a Europe-wide information campaign called "Act, React, Impact". The Parliament has tried to insist on the crucial role it plays in the lives of EU citizens. But will it make a difference this time around at the polls? Or is advertising the EU Parliament mission impossible?
