Résumé :

The authors describe the advantages offered by the use of stainless steel clips for immediate reconstruction of the mandibular arch following resection mainly for malignant tumors. Three observations illustrate the various possibilities offered by these techniques, pointing out the risks of failure presented by previously irradiated areas and by insufficient tissue to cover the defect.
