Résumé : | A study, mainly radiological, was made of 10 cases of epithelioma of the middle and external ear observed during a period of 10 years and encountered among 4000 tomograms of the temporal bone. Despite the absence of specific changes in the radiological appearances, a series of factors (space occupying opacities of the middle ear, destructive lesions, no evidence of reactive bone condensation) are described that in combination suggest the neoplastic nature of the lesions. |
