| Résumé : | Adriamycin when linked to desoxyribonucleic acid gives higher plasma concentrations than adriamycin injected at the same dose. In mice, under certain conditions, the therapeutic activity of ADM DNA is higher than ADM. In men, both forms of the drug induce the same toxicity but for a C x t bigger for ADM DNA than for ADM. |
