Résumé :

Recent reports on the HIV epidemic emphasize an increasing trend of unsafe sexual behaviour among substance misusers compared with the risk involved with injecting drugs. Several subgroups are at higher overall risk. Safer sex appears particularly difficult to achieve. A need emerges for more accurate studies and more specific interventions targeted at high-risk subgroups.
