| Résumé : | The usefulness of TRAM flaps is well-established. Their use in soft- tissue reconstruction of the lower limbs is illustrated. The flaps allow coverage of soft-tissue defects with good quality skin, and add bulk to enhance leg contour. Three cases are presented, and the advantages of this flap are discussed. |
