Résumé : The author presents his work with autistic children's parents in a mental health centre. The development of a therapeutic alliance with parents is a necessary condition for avoiding the repetition of their own disqualification because of their child's pathology. This will require a particular attention paid to their suffering as parents and aim to reduce confusion of affects, perceptions and projections which bind them to their child. cThis work requires from therapist a particular analysis of their counter-transference.
