Résumé : Acute and chronic alcohol intoxications have particularly deleterious consequences on physiological processes involving motor control and balance. This paper describes alcohol impairments to the central motor system networks in social and heavy drinkers and in individuals dependent on alcohol with or without neurological diseases. © 2010 Federation of European Psychophysiology Societies.
