Résumé : | The clinical benefit of antiretroviral therapy in infants is established. In this cohort collaboration, we compare immunological and virological response to treatment started before or after 3 months of age. Early initiation provides abetter short-termresponse, although evolutionafter 12months of age is similar in both groups. © The Author 2011.
