Résumé : Gestational surrogacy is the most controversial procedures in the field of assisted reproduction. To understand these complex experiences, we did develop a new theorical paradigm articulating the concept of filiations and parenthood. Different disciplines are connected into a matrix model. This model allows us to reassess our representations of the family concept at a time where reproduction, gestation and birth are changing. © 2013, Médecine and Hygiène.
