Résumé :

This paper describes the mycological knowledge of the Ü and Tsang populations from South-Central Tibet. The basic ethnomycological data and the local mushroom ethnotaxonomy are presented and treated, as well as some of the possible ways to valorise the wild edible mushrooms used.
