Résumé :

The increase of the moment of inertia with angular momentum predicted in the U(6) SU(3) model is combined with the axial rotor formula to produce a new one-parameter formula for the ground band spectrum of even-mass rotational nuclei. Good agreement with experimental spectra is obtained in many cases, especially in the actinide region. NUCLEAR STRUCTURE Even-mass rotational nuclei; calculated ground band energies.
