Communication à un colloque
Résumé : This paper aims at presenting a comprehensive analysis for efficient advocacy and lobbying campaigns through the information and communication technologies (ICT). The purpose of the study is to understand how a combination between influence theories and ICT could contribute to the success of a campaign and produce social or political changes. The emphasis will be put on lobbying activities of NGOs and corporate bodies. We are especially interested in analyzing how communication and lobbying practices have evolved and how it is possible to evaluate the efficiency of these new practices.
