Résumé : | We describe the first case of spontaneous splenic rupture associated with tinzaparin in a cancer patient. This low-molecular-weight heparin was administrated for deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. No underlying splenic pathology predisposing to this condition was found. |
