Résumé : | A patient with AIDS and cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis developed a massive bilateral peripheral occlusive vasculopathy with a bilateral neovascularization of the optic disc five weeks after the introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). No associate cause of occlusive vasculopathy was found. Occlusive vasculopathy and optic disc neovascularization may be an immune recovery-related ocular disorder. |
